Update…. After having a major issue with two employees I spoke with the owner who resolved the issue, as mush as it could be. Florence who is part owner was empathetic to the situation. She remained calm and offered compensation. I asked if she would consider a slightly different solution and she agreed. As I stated to Florence, I have been dealing with a washing machine issue and have had to dropped off my laundry to be done by them a few times; this was the only time I had an issue. I have recommended them in the past, and will again. Florence’s advice: If you have specific instructions about how you want your clothes washed/dried, don’t just tell the person at the counter, write it down, review the info and leave the paper with them. Dirty Stinky Machines! After complaining to the owner one of his washers ruined a load of my laundry with the smell of grease and oxy-clean I was invited to not come back again. Haven't had a problem here for years, but the owners attitude toward the problems it caused, and the simple solution of re-washing, it caused much frustration (he wanted a picture of the smell), so I am sorry to have been supporting this guy with my buisiness, but VERY glad i found out little he respects...
