Went into gems this morning and left a very happy customer. There was a tall blonde who i assumed was a manager with three helpers, one i know named Ricky or at least that is what they called him. He was the one to wait on me and was the one who had my order done quick and accurately which i loved since i was running late for work. Two other people came over and asked if i needed service as well, including the tall blonde. Everyone had a smile and was willing to help. Not only is their service great but so is the food. There's No Parking, Front Doorway is Creepy and Wouldn't of Found it without GPS.. Once you get into the Store there is No where to Wait, Asked for a Hot Italian SandWhich and i was Absolutely Appalled to Watch The Sandwhich put into a Microwave. I Called On the Tellular phone to place an Order and was Informed Gems House of Bagels Has No Bagels, There weren't any Rolls or Hoagie/Italian Bread.
