La vostra ospitalità e il cibo sono stati fantastici! I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bacio D'Italia, a brand-new Italian restaurant that has just opened its doors, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality. The owner, Francesco, personally attended to my table, showcasing not only kindness but a passion for the culinary traditions of Italy. His courteous demeanor made me feel right at home.
To start, I enjoyed the Caprese salad, featuring fresh mozzarella that practically melted in my mouth. The vibrant tomatoes and fragrant basil paired perfectly, setting a delightful tone for the meal ahead.
Next up was the ravioli stracciatella, a dish that truly stole the show. These delicate ravioli were filled with creamy stracciatella cheese and served in a beautifully balanced pink sauce that was rich yet light. Each bite was a taste of Italy, transporting me straight to the heart of my ancestral village.
And of course, I couldn't resist finishing my meal with a freshly made cannoli. It was the perfect sweet ending to a fantastic dining experience—crispy shell, creamy filling, and just the right amount of sweetness. I was so looking forward to savoring my leftovers later, but alas, I accidentally left it behind! A bittersweet reminder of how much I enjoyed it.
Though Bacio D'Italia is located in a non-traditional spot, don’t let that deter you. The food and atmosphere are a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. If you’re looking for authentic Italian flavors served with genuine hospitality, this place is a must-visit.
I highly recommend stopping by and experiencing the magic for yourself. Just make sure to save room for the cannoli or the tiramisu or have both.
Grazie and Bravo, Francesco, for a wonderful meal at...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Bacio D Italia, and I can confidently say it's one of the best Italian food experiences I've ever had! This food truck is a culinary treasure, with a menu that showcases the true essence of Italian cuisine.
The highlight of my meal was the vodka sauce pasta—absolutely divine! The sauce was rich and creamy, perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice. Each bite was a delicious reminder of why I love Italian food so much. By the way I also tried the Carnivora, their meatlover's panzzerotti, sooo good! It's like a fluffy lightly fried calzone.
I will say, that what truly sets Bacio D Italia apart, though, is the warm and inviting atmosphere created by Francesco. His passion for food and genuine care for his customers shine through in every interaction. He makes you feel like family, taking the time to ensure that your experience is nothing short of perfect.
