I have been dealing with this company for very long time do both ups and downs with my financial situation a few years ago it was a really awesome place to come into there was this guy I believe it name was Alex he was the manager and he was awesome the staff seem to actually care about their customers but now the customer service is really gone down not only has the woman that manages the place is desperately in need of some communication skills she has very bad rapport with most customers that walked through the door I don't think I've ever been into this place and not seen her arguing with somebody they used to give courtesy calls all the time when you were running a little bit late or just forgot about your Pawn it was nice because they would call you but now they don't it seems like they only call you on the items that they really don't even want I know it was my responsibility to remember my Pawn but still when you have six to seven items in there and they only call in the last two because it's things that they really don't want and know they can't sell that's pretty F@$k&d up this is actually happened to me on a couple occasions in the past few months at the store I personally will not deal with these...

It was going along well but the employee who I was working with was being very rude to me. She told me that if I offered money to somebody else in the store that I would be trespassing and I should get out of her store immediately. She swore at me! She threatened to call the cops on me and said that she had a business license and that we have a license to sell so give me to get out of here now. I tried to gather up my things while they were screaming at me and when I came back in the store she said get out and I don't think I got all of my items off the counter I'm not sure it was quite the fuss. Read moreJust wanted to show my appreciation to Heidi Boggess, the Ez Pawn Manger @ 5400s 3931 w Taylorsville location. I fell behind on financial issues missing my payment date on a layaway I put in and already made a few payments on for a gift for myself for my birthday I always wanted. Yes it's policy to lose a item if more than a few days past due on layaway. Another employee was following store policy not know I a long time customer and spent hundreds of days at this location over the years, pulled my item to be put back out to sell. After speaking with Heidi Boggess , she made a acceptance to allow me to make my late payment and keep an item that truly does mean alot to me . Thank you Heidi for " What you done ✔️👏" .
