Sage Green Floral shop — Local services in Keego Harbor

I have been buying flowers from Sage Green since right after they opened in 2019. I joined their Flower Club and now I get 3 stunning bouquets of flowers every week. I absolutely love how high quality and unique their arrangements are! They are truly stunning! The store itself is curated so wonderfully! It has such a fun vibe, and they have a lot or other items to purchase such as candles, jewelry, plants, chocolate, etc. I always find cute gifts for friends and family here. They recently renovated and expanded into the area next door to create a beautiful space for smaller events. It would be an absolutely lovely place to host a shower, girls night out, small corporate event, or a fun class. Erin, the owner, does a fabulous job planning super creative events throughout the year where she invites local vendors to come in, and there will usually be music, food, and great shopping opportunities. Disappointed with the services from this floral shop for my sister’s wedding. We paid over $6,400 for the floral services, including $550 for candles in glass vases table centerpieces. Immediately the day after the wedding, we received an email from Erin the owner, stating that the candle vases were a rental and she was going to send an invoice for $735 to replace those vases if we were to keep them. On our invoice, it states pillar rental and arch rental. Those were the only rentals. When we went to her shop to discuss this, we were met with “well we told the venue and told the bride”. Regardless if it was discussed with the bride and groom verbally, my mother paid for the flowers and only saw the email invoice. Very disappointed with the communication. They are quick to send an invoice and charge for additional things so be careful and make sure everything is spelled out on the invoice...

Sage Green is my all-time favorite local business! Every arrangement we've ordered has been absolutely stunning (have not ever seen anything like it around here!) and the staff, especially owner Erin, are absolutely wonderful to work with. I LOVE going into their store every week, so many fun local products, plants, vases, etc. Such a treat and much needed in this area! Highly, highly recommend not only for special events and weddings, but also for every day life (it makes me so happy to have beautiful flowers at home all the time!). I love that our arrangements always look different and feature seasonal colors and flowers. They also have the most beautiful dried flower arrangements for decorating other parts of the house.
