Reading the comments, I agree with those slighted by this store. Recommend that you do not do Door Dash as whatever specialty ice cream is advertised, they won't have. I bet like other folks if I went down there and waked in they likely do. So on the first few days after Labor Day I order the new Pumpkin Cheese Cake. Just was posted, got to be in right? Nope, guess what? Yep, they don't have it. So this has happen every Door Dash order before, if I don't order Chocolate, Strawberry or Vanilla. Door Dasher calls and before they can say a word I blurt out....."They don't have it, right? Yep, "No they don't have that flavor for a fresh pack, so the dasher reads the list of what they have and you guessed it, same ice cream flavors from a month ago, a year ago. Remember the old Baskin Robbins, wasn't it "99 Flavors". It's gone down somewhat I guess. I miss the days when BR was owned by store owners who understood. Now it's just not worth patronizing any longer. I just think they don't want to go to the trouble of filling a Fresh Pack of the new ice cream. Oh, and like others, watch your receipts from this store. They overcharged me last order and never corrected so I paid almost an extra dollar for the new ice cream flavor, yet getting the routine ice cream that wasn't a special flavor which is at a regular price. Never saw my upcharge returned. They're pocketing the extra. About to go BBB...

I've given this place NUMEROUS tries and I regret it EVERY time. Half the time I go there they have the door locked despite being opened. No signs on the door so you have to get out to find out they don't feel like opening inside. They did this PRE COVID as well. Half the staff is snotty. I went in for ice cream today with the intention of getting 3 scoops. They didn't have a cup big enough. Then only half the ice cream have labels on them. Then when I figured out what they had most of the flavors were literally melted. The employee said "well the freezer is open all day". I ended up with ONE scoop for $3.85. There is a reason the Dairy Queen across the street has a line down the block and I was the only car in Baskin Robbins parking lot at 8:45 on a Friday......No...

The lady with the overdrawn eyeliner is beyond unprofessional. What can I expect it’s Baskin Robbins but it’s part of customer service. This place feels like it need new employees or should I say scoopers who have some chipper in their greeting. I will be calling corporate due to the fact the lady did not want to heat up my cookies as I did order a warm cookie sundae. That’s the point right?? And I’m not really worried so much about the stale cones as you have to sell them and probably not making much money but need to get rid of inventory . My thing is okay we may not get what’s shown in pictures of our food that we ordered but jeeezz At least warm my cookies instead of refusing I will be calling corporate everyday till...
