My husband, myself and son went there yesterday. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL, WILL NEVER GO BACK. We arrived at 1:40 sat at the bar. My husband ordered a beer. I ordered a Smokey Old Fashion. The description said it was made with Travis City Cheeries and simple syrup. After I ordered this it took the bartender approx 7-10 minutes to return with my drink. My husband had his beer as well as my son. I took 1 sip of the drink and it was nothing but whisky, she had put a coaster on top of it for the Smokey effect. I tried to get her attention 2 times as well as talked with a server about the drink. I finally got her attention and told her I was sorry but I did not like the drink at all. I asked her for a white wine instead. This bartender was not friendly at all. She seemed to dislike us from the start. We asked about happy hour she said it started at 2, but she did not elaborate about what items were available during happy hour. She only gave us the regular menu as well as the lunch menu. The place was not busy at all but she was slow and did not seem to care. My husband went to the bathroom, he came back and told me someone had thrown up in the sinks. I let both the bartender and server know. They never said thank you or that they would check it out. My husband and son ordered another beer. We decided to split the Philly Steak my son ordered his own. I seen our food sitting in the window for at least 10 minutes before she brought them to us. It was not busy in there and our food was the only food in the window. The Philly Steak was nothing but steakums with cheese, peppers and onions. It was not “TOP ROUND LONDON BROIL ROADT BEEF” The bartender asked if I wanted another glass of wine I said yes and a glass of water. She brought the water but not the wine. I let it go. All 3 of us felt unwelcome. The staff seemed to have an attitude. The entire experience was bad. We will never go back. I really don’t want to...
Read moreThis place has become my first favorite bar & grill to go to! I normally don't go out much, but I wanted to try something new when meeting up with my sister for lunch. The place is so nice and has a pleasant vibe! Our waitress, Jazzy M (on the reciept) was so nice and patient with us when we had no clue what to get. She was even able to ask the kitchen staff if we could have both chicken AND beef on our nachos!
This is the first time I went somewhere and went "which one do I pick to eat? That all sound so good!" The cocktails were so dangerously GOOD! We got the Amarillo Lemonade and my boyfriend got the North Woods Rum Punch (that I MIGHT have tried lol). We got the mozzarella sticks and shareable nachos, which were too good to explain. I got the lodge crispy chicken sandwich, the boyfriend got the cajun chicken sandwich, and my sister couldn't choose between the half rack of ribs or the build your own burger so she got both. She also got chicken noodle soup and the turkey chilli.
My LORD there was so much food and I am beyond excited to eat these leftovers! The burger and chicken were juicy, the fries and nacho chips were crispy, the drinks were refilled almost instantly. This was such an awesome experience, thank you...
Read moreI rarely leave a bad review, but I have never been so unsatisfied. I don't know if maybe this place has a new owner but the last 3 times Ive been here its been terrible. Tonight I think is the last. Street taco's were so gross I couldn't even eat them, chicken was so soggy and tasted like it had been sitting in water, which made the shells a wet soggy nasty mess. Beans were ok. Rice was over cooked. The waitress was the worest Ive had but she wasn't good. Not very attentive, like at all. Had to ask just about everyone and anyone else for things we needed. Napkins, and box for food for the dog. She seemed annoyed when we asked for a bottle of ketchup for my sons hot dog. Kids meals apparently dont come with drinks, and she didn't even bring them their cookies. I left irratated that we had just spent 60 bucks and we are still hungry. I literally took my 2 1/2 tacos, rice, and beans home for the dog to eat because well at least someone will be happy. The only reason I gave 2 stars is the chicken fritters were good. Like I said Idk what's changed in the last couple months but I'll be trying the restaurant across the street next time. Feel free to...
