I purchased a Maytag refrigerator & range in January 2023. Freezer door was dented so I waited 3 months for a new one and that was dented as well. I was offered a $75 credit to keep the dented door, I opted for a new freezer door. Fast forward a few months and I decide to purchase a Maytag washer/dryer. When the dryer is delivered, it is chipped on both sides. I can see clearly where they tried to cover it up with paint that looked like white out. When I reached out about it I was offered a $100 credit to keep the damaged dryer. I asked for a replacement dryer and it was delivered a week later. When they were here, they power locked the washer, never turned the water back on and didn't secure the dryer hose to the back of the dryer. Just when I thought it couldn't get any worse; tonight I was informed by the warranty company that Korvin Appliance never submitted the warranties that I had paid for on the refrigerator and range to the tune of $300. I called Dave at Korvin Appliance to have a problem with my washer and dryer fixed. Dave said that he would order the parts (based on an over the phone diagnosis) and would give me a call to schedule the repair when the part came in. He was good to his word and less than a week later I received a call from Dave. He sent a young man by the name of Brian to repair my appliances. Both my wife and I were very impressed with the repair work Brian did. He obviously knew his way around my washer and dryer because in less than an hour, both appliances were repaired to like-new condition. Brian was professional, polite, informative, and an expert technician. I hope that Korvin holds onto this young man because he is as good as technicians come. Great experience! Knowledgeable, friendly, and honest salespeople. You know your salesman is honest when he recommends you buy a cheaper model than what you were prepared to buy! He talked me out of buying the fancier, slightly more expensive model when I told him I work construction, because the cheaper washer could handle extra soiled clothes better than the fancy model, so this was a wise recommendation. They are super dog friendly as well. They saved me a tremendous amount of time by having the Speed Queen washer I needed in stock and open on Saturday (until 2pm) so I could drive down there and pick it up same day. I work from 6am to 6pm M-F so taking a day off to sit at home and wait for a washer to be delivered is not an option. One of the best sales experiences I've ever had!
