Good candy which is why we have shopped here multiple times. However the service on a recent experience was really bad.

I initially went one evening and was told they were "out" of chocolate fudge; essentially they had it but it was not cut and the woman in charge said she couldn't cut it. She said she would leave a note so that it would be cut first thing the next morning.

I went the next morning a couple hours after they opened and sure enough they still had not cut the chocolate fudge. We then waited about 20 minutes while they did this. We had asked for 2 boxes of 0.5 lbs and 1 box of 1.5 lbs. They not only filled it much more than the weight (they indicate the weight may differ a little but in our case it was 30-40% higher) but also did a poor job cutting the fudge. It was essentially non-uniform slices cut rather randomly. When we came home, we tried cutting it and it was super easy to do which makes me wonder why the first person "couldn't" cut it and the next person did a lousy job of it.

Not sure what the issue was or if they are just coasting on...

We only went in and got the truffles although I would love to go back try other chocolates. I like to visit chocolate shops whenever I go on vacation so I have been to quite a few and these truffles are worth every penny. I put into the dark chocolate one first and nearly melted. It was perfect. They are cute too. Real works of art. Some of the flavors are definitely my favorite so far anywhere and I'm glad we don't live too far so I will probably be making a journey to get more at some point....
