From start to finish, these guys are amazing to work with. When my now Husband proposed, the antique ring he gave me needed to be sized, so we decided to take it here. It only took about a week and half to get it back. They followed my request to have the band VERY thin which is what I wanted. They did the routine advisory of possible issues that may arise with having a thin band. (I didn’t care) I love thin bands. So they did the job and did it well. FAST FORWARD 3 YEARS, While stuck at home during self quarantine, my band broke right down the middle palm side. I knew it would happen eventually with the thinness I requested, so I wasn’t the least but upset with them, as they had properly warned be prior. I was bummed however because they were closed and I had to wait to get it repair. In the end, it was a good thing that I had to wait because it gave me time to think about having the band thickened just ever so slightly. I went in and asked for a quote once they reopened, they gave me fair price for a half shank sat my request. They said it would be 2 weeks to have the part ordered in and the repair done. UPDATE: My boyfriend proposed in August, with a beautiful Diamond engagement ring from Bouchers! We then picked out wedding bands together (white gold with diamonds and sapphires). They were so easy to work with at Boucher's!

Previous: My boyfriend surprised me with a trip to Boucher's Jewelers to get me some diamond earrings (my first ever) :) The staff there were so wonderful, professional and helpful. Very very nice. They didn't rush us at all, the owner actually helped me find just the perfect earrings and answered all of our questions. When I found one pair where I loved the diamond cut/size, but another pair had the STYLE of setting I liked best, they actually took both sets back and transferred the hanging diamond I liked to the setting I liked! Amber worked with me on every detail of customizing and upgrading my wedding band. Previously, I had a “cage” or “wrap” around my engagement ring as my wedding band. Honestly, by the time it came to the wedding band all those years ago, we were out of money and picked a cheap option. The old bands hit the side of my engagement ring which had pretty details I missed seeing. On my birthday, I drug my husband into their store and was greeted by Amber.
