From the minute i walked in, inquiring about getting shirts printed for my business, I was greeted with negativity. No friendly "Hello, welcome to Steven's, how can i help you" ... the woman just walked up to the counter and said, "Yeah?" Unfortunately, I live in Yorkville and there are not many screen printing shops around, I needed this done quickly so I decided to do business with them. From then on out it only got worse as I went back in to deliver shirts, ect. I did meet Steven at one point when another very unfriendly woman couldn't stand to deal with me any longer (I wanted a test shirt made before i spent $400 printing 60 shirts) Steven was friendly enough but clearly way too busy to pay attention to what was going on in the front of the house. For a small town local business I can't believe they have any business at all with the way they treat their customers. Thank goodness the shirts turned out great otherwise this review would be even longer! If the women working there weren't so rude and unhelpful i would recommend Stevens for their quality of work. Read moreHorrible and embarrassing for Stevens. I brought a football jersey in on a Saturday for 6 letters I was asked by Steven when the jersey needs to be done. I told him the following Saturday by 10am. I heard nothing from them throughout the week. So I called on Friday and was told the jersey would be completed by 4 or 5. My wife went in at 6pm to find the jersey was just getting worked on. Once my wife got home and showed the jersey we noticed the "U" had a flaw. We took the jersey back and showed the imperfection. To which Steven said "Sorry Honey, there's nothing I can do". Steven didn't even offer to pay for the jersey ($17). Nothing. I do not recommend this place.
