We signed up in 2019 in Puerto Vallarta after staying a second time. Timing could've been better due to COVID, but we've used UVC for a trip to Los Cabos and now we will be going to Huatulco. We love staying at the Secrets resorts, amazing service, great amenities, we always have an awesome time at each resort. Definitely going to visit other resorts within our package and we highly recommend staying at Secrets resorts.

I also want to extend an extra special thank you to one of the agents who helped me very recently with adjusting our upcoming trip to Huatulco. Miguel Paniagua was instrumental in helping add a day to our trip when WestJet cancelled our flight heading to Huatulco 55 days before scheduled departure and without a choice booked us a day early. I was given a short time period to accept it or take a refund (even paid to select seats originally but was assigned seats this time, tried calling but on hold 3 separate times of over 1.5 hrs before giving up). Called UVC to modify our booking as you're unable to do it online and I didn't want to risk cancelling (also had a discount). Edit— original review posted on 12/15/2020 It’s 12/23/2020, we’re at the resort and I wanted to verify the times of the 7 treatments I scheduled for today. The resort DOES NOT have our reservations, but my credit card has been charged! I’ve been with the VIP concierge for almost an hour trying to reschedule these 7 treatments that were meant to be Christmas gifts for my family members. Very, truly disappointed right now.

Needed to call to book several spa treatments for our family vacation next week. The resort website did not have the spa menu posted. Javier spent nearly an hour on the phone with me booking 7 different spa treatments for the 7 family members I will be traveling with. The youngest is 11 and the oldest is 78. This entailed repeatedly reading me the descriptions for various massages, facials and wraps. He was incredibly patient with me while we toggled through 4 different reservation numbers and I made all my decisions. Victor has always been our favourite UVC agent. He is the most professional, knowledgeable, polite and pleasant UVC representative of all UVC reps. We had made numerous calls to UVC as we travelled intensively 7 months a year. Unlike other reps, Victor always went over & beyond to answer our questions, and took additional steps to find the answers for us, in cases where other reps would decline to help, stating that it "can't be done". We generally do not write a review since we are busy with work, and most UVC reps just fulfilled their duties, worked mechanically without taking the extra effort to help, and some were quite arrogant, such as "I'm the supervisor and there's nothing I can do".
