I have been coming to Miracle Laser for a few years now and I couldn’t be happier. I discovered it on Groupon and at first I was skeptical but this place is nice, clean and the staff is extremely pleasant unlike my Groupon experiences.
Damarys for laser I’d the absolute best, having done laser at different spas, the way she does laser is highly effective and has proven results unlike other places I have been to in the past. Gisele for facials is another favorite of mine. From the moment she started giving me facials my skin has been rejuvenated. She is a pro! Very kind, and incredibly professional. I recommend her hydra facial, it’s my personal favorite. I get compliments on my skin all the time and feel completely renewed and like I’m reverse aging :) I love Damarys and Gisele, they are gems. A special shoutout to Barbara, the laser technician—she’s absolutely amazing! Not only is she warm and kind, but she’s also extremely knowledgeable and genuinely cares about her clients. She’s not the type to upsell or push packages just to make a sale. Instead, she takes the time to understand your needs, prioritizes your health, and recommends only what’s truly necessary. I usually go to Barbara but this time last Minute had I had to move my appointment to a different tech. I’m not sure what her name is but request Barbara so you can avoid being treated rudely or feeling physical discomfort.
Usually when a customer is visibly uncomfortable or in pain the tech would either lower the intensity OR take longer pauses for the the client to take a break. At one point I literally needed to move away from her hand (was along side burns) what it makes additionally worse is she wasn’t sure how far to go and it felt uneven on both sides.
