Starbucks Baptist Hospital — Restaurant in Contiguous United States

I have repeatedly had the worst experiences at this Starbucks. The newest employee Jorge does not listen and talks to co workers as you are trying to place your order. I asked his name and got such an unpleasant response it was very uncomfortable. Before closing one night I was hit in the arm by the sliding door when Valeria was closing. She is horrible doesn’t take orders correctly gaslights the customers when they correct her. She did not apologize and was so rude about slamming the door into me. BTW she was training Jorge. Honestly they never take the order correctly and have no idea how to make the actual Starbucks drinks. I stopped going gave it another try and met Jorge! Never again will I spend my money at...

Our dad is in the hospital and we went down for a second to get 2 bagels for my sister and I. We asked for 2 cups of water when we got the bagel to have on the way up. After waiting for them for like 2 minutes another girl comes up to us and tells us that they’ve been getting warnings from their boss about giving free cups of water and that we would have to pay for the cups. $.75 cents each. I find it ridiculous that other Starbucks like the falls one gives free water but at the one that’s right in the hospital where families are having a hard time would charge for it. Matty was quite honestly the best Starbucks employee Ive ever come across in my life. And ive been to a lot! Her passion for service is breathtaking.
