Starbucks — Restaurant in Florida

The staff is unprofessional. I placed a mobile order today and didn’t get my drinks until 45 mins later. I brought it up to three employees a couple times because everyone that came in after me got their drinks right away. They were fooling around and didn’t care that I was standing there waiting on my order the whole time. I finally got fed up and asked for a refund because I was waiting for 45 mins for drinks that weren’t even made yet. The lady kept dismissing me and saying she’ll make it right now. I just wanted a refund at that point. She asked one of the employees why they didn’t make it earlier and the guy responded in Spanish “I put the cups in the back because I didn’t know how to make it”. He didn’t bother to communicate with the other workers about it until asked. When I finally got the drinks, they didn’t even make it right. It’s not even a hard drink to make, it’s just expresso, almond milk, and honey. I’m just mad that the lady basically denied me a refund when I asked because the drinks weren’t made yet so I could’ve easily gotten my money back. But instead she ignored my request and proceeded to make the drinks wrong and I had to wait so long, it wasn’t even worth it...

Not sure why this Starbucks is even open. Staff definitely needs to be trained again or better. They were very unprofessional and very rude. We order a couple coffees and staff decided to make their friend’s drink before ours. If they had been there before us, I’d understand. They came after us and left with their drinks before us. After noticing this I asked about our drinks and nobody had the slightest idea of it. Not only was our order lost but guy at the bar gave us an attitude about it. If you’re craving Starbucks I highly recommend you skip this place, you’re better off going to the Starbucks at the Don Pan plaza or just go to the cafeteria for regular Cuban coffee. Terrible service… ordered 3 coffees, waited for 30 MINUTES. One of the workers came in and made their friends drinks first before anyone and they completely forgot about my order. When I asked about my order they looked at me like they had no idea what I was talking about and gave me attitude about it. They finally made my coffee and it didn’t even taste or look right. Never coming back...
