I don't even know where to begin. Detailed service, quality care, and attention to detailed client needs is beyond superb. It's difficult to find good work for a good price and this beats that expectation plus adds a luxury touch....wine while serviced. They have amazing deals going on usually, and offer a variety of just move in and relax services (mani pedi, massage, facial, waxing, eye lash extention). Everyone is super sweet, everything is super clean and well organized with sterilized and packaged tools. If you like gel but fear the price here you can do mani pedi gel for 50 not including whatever deal they have going on. And they have a no obligation membership where it's 59 a month for a service of your choice between massage or facial, if you miss a month it rolls over to the next month, no contract, and no pressure to buy (on the contrary the manager wanted me to come in and do a try before you buy because he wanted to ensure I spent money only if I was pleased with the Service, which that alone sold me because it shows they truly care about their clients being happy and not just making a quick buck) definitely coming back again and again im so pleased! I lived in colorado and near Seattle for some time and you can easily spend 80 or 90 on a mani pedi with gel for a mediocre quality of service, so needless to say I'm beyond impressed with these people. Love love...

I scheduled an appointment for 4:30pm to do my brows. I come in on time and am told that my appointment was at 4:15 and the brow lady had another client at 4:30. I know my appointment was at 4:30 because my boyfriend heard it too, I was on speaker. This is the THIRD time this has happened at Senses. The brow lady is also extremely rude. “My client that showed up on time is here, i’m gonna serve her” No way to speak to your clients. Especially since i’ve been coming here for years. She doesn’t even recognize me or act nice ever. Always rude. Receptionist also gave me nothing but “Sorry you can come tomorrow”. No, I booked an appointment in advance for a reason. Absolutely ridiculous. I’m assuming they double book by mistake and then just pick one client to serve if they all come in. I will not be coming here again. Don’t come here if you like good...

I am giving this place 2 stars only because the nail technicians I had in the past were great. Unfortunately, they no longer work here because the manager is a complete nightmare. He is constantly looking over his employees shoulder and discussing schedule issues/changes in front of the customer. It created a very awkward atmosphere where people usually go to relax and unwind. His constant harassment caused many of the nail technicians I used to quit. One of the employees has a child with special needs and the other was pregnant so as to give you all an idea of their lack of compassion they have for their employees. I hope everyone who reads this thinks twice about giving their money to these people. You better believe you won't be getting any more of mine. Hopefully, their management and owners learn how to effectively manage...
