Hurricane Grill & Wings-Kendall — Restaurant in Florida

Well, I am one of those people who start by saying good things before the bad and who also tries to objectively give the things they see or experience. I was a regular customer of going to this place at least 3 times a month because of its atmosphere, the good Attention and for its good quality in the food, however the last times I went the quality of the food had declined a lot, that is why I spent a very good time without going regularly, however after a long time I went again and although I had never had any inconvenience at the bar or at any of the tables, I noticed a very bad attitude towards us by the bartender of the place who had always had a cordial treatment with me and those of us (Family) that at many times I questioned, however Her body language made it very clear that for reasons that I do not know, she treated us from an unpleasant to horrendous way, but when the food arrived I realized that it had the same quality that one day I could enjoy of the place which filled me with joy and for that reason I let my discomfort of dealing with the Bartender pass, however instead of leaving a generous tip as I usually did I decided to leave a low tip because obviously I consider that we all have problems or difficult personal situations to carry on in our day to day, however at work and in the day to day one must maintain a professional and humane treatment, it is very uncomfortable that someone is upset for some reason that others do not know and the mere fact of waiting 2 more minutes to choose The type of sauce you want on your wings she bothered so much that in front of us she mentioned it to another client…. and today I review my account statement realizing that that person changed the tip that he had clearly left written on the ticket, obviously on purpose, violating the trust client and company very disappointing to see these things happen and kill a business like Hurricanes now I understand why so few people go there very different from a long time ago… This is the kind of little details that you just need to control in this...

I will add to my previous comment from 8 months ago. That’s how long it took us to come back and they are still a mess. The only reason I ordered again from here was Bc fudruckers couldn’t do it. Did not get our correct order with Uber eats. Called them they tried to make up for it and still sent the same order they had originally sent. Missing my husband and I’d food. Uber eats driver blames restaurant, restaurant blamed Uber eats driver. Whoever is managing this restaurant needs to get fired.

We ordered online for delivery this restaurant decides to use door dash. We receive a message saying the driver is approaching and then moved in to say delivered. Food was never delivered and now no way of contacting the driver. We call the restaurant to speak to amber who states our food is sitting there and it has not gotten picked up. When asked is it going to be picked up and delivered she says “maybe I dont know” we asked ok so our food is sitting there getting soggy? she states “it happens to me too with door dash” ….zero solutions and did not care at all. This restaurant is NOT...

this place made me question why would anyone go anywhere, at any time, with anyone. the definition of angst, that's what you'll feel if you eat here. if you bring your family, prepare to get divorced and have your kids hate you. if you're single, only come here if you don't mind losing your faith in humanity. stay away! when we say outside the lights kept flickering on and off like there was an actual hurricane. I think this restaurant is the last place to come eat when there actually is a hurricane. when Pandora's box opened, this restaurant was one of the first to come out, right after famine, forcing you to choose between $10 fries, $11 nachos, or going without food. if your a fan of waiting at the dmv, then service here will be the perfect substitute for you. seriously, if you have 1 hour to wait for your drink and 2 to get it refilled this place is perfect! there was one point I almost thought it was self serve because the staff was no where to be seen. if you do go i hope you enjoy this tasteless...
