I went in for a simple haircut the other day and I was scheduled with Britney. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment and Britney let me know she was āa little bit behindā. That was fine so I just waited on my phone. 15 minutes later her coworker offered to wash my hair and get me started. I didnāt need my hair washed, and Britney again said she was almost finished with her current client. Another 15 minutes pass and I ask for an ETA on when she might be done. It is however based on what I consider poor initial customer service. I walked in wanting to get a haircut for my 3 yr old son since Super Cuts in town always gives horrible haircuts and wanted to try someplace new. I walk in to the new location which has two doors and walked up to the upstairs door and entered only to be confused since there seemed to be no register or counter that I noticed at least. Than I'm greeted by blank stares and ignored even though it is obvious I'm confused. I sit in the nearest chair still receiving blank stares for about 5 mins before I decided to leave.
