Stopped in to get my Grandfather’s (originally purchased in 1971) Scott Type 715 Turntable Vintage Solid State Stereo Amplifier Garrard 2506 fixed as most of the original mechanisms & functions have not worked correctly for almost 20+ years. Ed’s Shop is loaded with amazing variety of Hi-Fi Tuners, Turntables, Speakers, Reel to Reels, CBs and TVs. His knowledge, patience, persistence & overall skills are second to none in the New England area! Many years ago I was told no one in the Maine/NH/MA area could fix this Stereo and I would have to ship to upstate NY for repairs; today Ed diagnosed it, repaired and made it like new in an Hour! Amazing! Ended up chatting about many models of turntables, receivers, Speakers that he has in his shop and I’m only going to recommend people seeking any audio equipment to shop here and nowhere else! I will definitely return for any audio needs in the near future. You should do the same and just skip any and all big box stores; the prices here and attention to detail are beyond anything you’ll receive. Thanks for getting this System back to...

Ed, of Ed's Alltronics, is a very knowledgeable, and personable individual. He has numerous vintage audio, computer, and radio equipment for sale, but has some new items as well. I go there primarily because I am an amateur radio operator with specific needs tailored towards that hobby. Ed too is a HAM, so he understands the hobby thoroughly. He also runs several repeaters in the area that the HAM community regularly utilizes. I find Ed's store most useful for finding that unusual connector, or getting some odd accessory for my amateur radios. Because he knows the hobby, he also has suggested work arounds that I have employed and they work just fine. I highly recommend stopping by...you might just find what you're looking for, and you may walk out with something that you didn't...

I found Ed's online, I was looking for a vintage pioneer receiver. when I walked in to Ed's store it was awesome. Ed is very knowledgeable,and polite. He took his time listened to what I was saying.I walked out a really happy camper...I bought a Pioneer Sx 780...sounds Amazing !!!..which is in amazing condition. Two weeks later I went back and got a nice vintage Technics turntable,which I love.Ed told me when I first meet him that he "just wants me to enjoy myself" that is why I went back the second time!!! I like to just talk to him about old electronics ......and Quick update over a year later and I'm still in love with my pioneer sx 780 and Technics...
