What makes a good business? The way they handle problems. My package from Addy's Closet was lost by the Post Office. Good customer care would have been for the business to send me a replacement, and then they could have filed a claim with the Post Office. But they did not. I battled filling a claim with the PO for 3 months, and amounted to nothing, because I was not the shipper. Also, I found out that my package had been insured for half of its value. While Addy's Closet pretended to care with a few "I'm sorry for you" emails, the reality is that they never stepped up to help, and now I'm out of my money and merchandise and I'm left with a gigantic headache.
