Lakeside Vista Apartments — Local services in Kennesaw

I have lived at Lakeside Vista for two years and have experienced nothing but pure disrespect. I love the community for what it is, however the management (everyone except Bridget & Mandie) and is what has turned me away. I have always been a faithful payer and at that time you receive nothing but smiles. There was a time when I fell on hard times and I was going to pay 7 days late. I went to the manager and explained to her my situation. She smiled and said it is ok, made sure I understood I would be responsible for the late fee and to let her know if anything has changed. Within days I was faced with an eviction notice. She has not done this one or twice but three times. She is very disrespectful in how she speaks to people and does not carry the level of honesty that someone in management should. I would not recommend staying at Lakeside Vista under her watch. She has even gone so far as to change my locks a week prior to me moving out. She claimed that she thought I was not coming back because most of my things were moved out. Which would mean she entered the premises for no reason because I did not submit any maintenance requests. Also I swore in at court and legally the apartment still belonged to me. I would run far far far away from this complex because you will experience nothing but mess if you have to personally...

I only gave one star cause that was the only option. Worse apartment complex ever that I’ve EVER applied too. And why do I say applied? Cause I never got the results of my application and still haven’t heard from anyone without having to call the call center to get my results. Not only did I get approved with credit… but I gave them all my work stuff and info just for no one to respond for like 2 weeks blaming compliance. The day I had a scheduled appointment at 2, no one showed up until 2:45 because every single person in the office went “ on break” but I was scheduled at 2. They all pulled up in one car laughing with their Togo plates. Still have no results but I’m not about to chase no company to spend my money. This complex make you jump thru hell and high waters when the complex it self is ran down the breeze ways are filled with trash and food from ppl dragging bags! The first place I saw had roaches and they claimed to have been vacant for months. Go spend your money else where cause this office staff will make you wanna knock somebody out cause they play entirely too much with ppls time and money! I better get my deposit back! I gladly renewed my lease at my other place with no problems without it being “ income based” them two words alone need to...

Lakeside Vista Apartments has caused my family immense stress and danger. There was a fire in the building upstairs from a malfunctioning stove, and management, including Isabelle, Ashlee, and Greg (the VP), did nothing to reassure residents or address safety concerns.

For years, we have lived with severe mold and constant leaks, which have severely affected my children’s health — my son developed seizures, one daughter has a persistent cough, and my youngest has developmental struggles that doctors believe may be linked to these unsafe conditions. Living here has been frightening and exhausting.

After finally being allowed to break my lease because of the mold, management tried to force me to sign away my rights so I couldn’t pursue legal action. Isabelle, Ashlee, and Greg (the VP) consistently ignored complaints, redirected me, and used threats and coercion instead of taking responsibility.

No one should have to fight this hard just to live safely in their home. This property is unsafe, poorly managed, and completely disregards residents’ well-being. Families deserve better, and I strongly warn anyone considering living here...
