Waffle House — Restaurant in Kennesaw

So, I went maybe 2 weeks ago , Emily was my server and was super super sweet , but there was hair in my food and Josh who claimed to be the manager came over trying to help & told us when we came back it was on him. Today, we went in and emily was super sweet and helpful and tried talking to him but he had an attitude saying he did not remember while she literally pointed to the table we sat at trying to remind him and the whole time "the manager" Josh just kept giving my friend and I dirty looks as we paid almost in full (thankful that Emily gave us at least 10% off. It is extremely unprofessional , as a manager you are supposed to set an example for ur team. Being rude to customers because they had a bad experience is not doing that. This location should redo a training on how to treat customers. People pay to come in and eat not to be given obvious dirty looks. If you stop at this Waffle House, make sure you ask for Devin. She took great care of us tonight. When we arrived there was a cook, maybe 2, and Devin. We sat for a few minutes and then Devin took our drink order, delivered them, and took our food order. She tried to put in our food order, but the cook wouldn’t pay attention. Then the rest of third shift strolled in, counted the till, fixed themselves something to drink and sat down at the short counter. Devin placed our order, checked our drinks, and then went to the other end to serve someone down there. Other two women still sitting. We get our food, delicious, and one of the women tells Devin there is some trash under one of Devin’s tables. Customers sit in Devin’s section and on other side. Devin takes care of them and the other two are still sitting! One is doing scratch off lotto...

While one will consider this an Atlanta culinary institution, this is not a restaurant for me.

A couple people sleeping inside here, one person looked homeless - definitely not a place I want to go during the late evening or early morning hours.

The food was okay, however at this price point you can certainly get better food in the area. I think Reveille has the best breakfast and in second place would be First Watch, although First Watch pricing has become extremely pricey.

At waffle House not everything is on the menu, they do offer omelettes as well.

Unfortunately I won't be back at this restaurant. If I want a better breakfast for just a few more bucks I will somewhere else, Even McDonald's has better food...
