I had 3 really bad experiences with this place in the past week.. I had tore my patella tendon so I've been force to order food from uber eats so I always loved hooters wings the first time it came thru uber eats I had missing items and a wing that wasn't fully cooked.. I didn't complain just figured they was busy.. my 2nd time I was like I'm just going to order online through hooters delivery made an order that came up too 19.54 after I place my order I called up there just make sure the delivery person would call me due to me staying in the backside of the house I wouldn't hear the doorbell the manager at time ANTHONY told me his delivery driver is sitting right here he will let her know.. a hour and 20 mins go by I haven't received my food.. so I called up there and ANTHONY act like I never made the order but I was charged and told him I have the confirmation number after him looking it up he claims hooters online had received the order but it never came in on his end he said the issues a refund (which I never got back) and told me he won't be able to make my meal anymore.. I called hooters support and they told me they will have someone contact me and they never did.. 3rd time which is yesterday 9/10/17 I first went to twin peaks but they didn't have any seats for me to sit in so said hooters was the next option.. when I arrived at the hooters it wasn't crowed it was me and my cousin we waited to be seated everyone just looked at us but no offer us to be seated 20 mins go by and finally was asked are you guys being helped by anyone I said no she ok let me find you guys a table I requested a table low to the ground since I recently had surgery on my knee she looked at me like I was lying and made a fake smirk on her face and I was like yea my leg has to stay straight and then I showed her my leg and she said ok I will see what I can do.. she found us a table and walked away.. no one asked us if we wanted something to drink or need anything we just had menus.. we sat there for 25 mins as all the waitress walking pass us like we wasnt there, we looking around at everyone eat and enjoying they time we finally said forget it let's just leave as we was standing up a black waitress walked up to us said is something wrong and I was like yes we been here for almost a hour and really haven't had no service in any way and by the looks of it everyone is already eating and all i see everyone getting refills and watching the game.. she insisted to help us but by that time we rather to leave and go somewhere else.. again I called hooters hotline made a complaint and nothing was done again.. I don't know if was about race or they didn't serve us but this hooters is the worst I have ever dealt with and will not recommend...
Read moreHooters has definitely changed from when I worked there many years ago. And not in a good way.
Service- The hostess, Michelle, seemed to be new. We were told to go stand off to the side, near the bar, to place a to go order. We stood there and no one came to see if we needed help. We decided we would just eat there. Michelle said they are going to clean a table. She left and came back and told us to follow her. When we got to the table, it was FILTHY. She went to go get something to wipe it down. She wiped off part of the table and then walked off quickly. We tried calling for her, but she didn't hear us, I assume. She came back to the table to finish wiping it down after a few minutes.
Our server was Vanessa. It took her about 10 minutes before she came to our table. She kept saying she was going to get things that we were missing, but she would stay gone for about 15/20 minutes. We had to have the hostess bring us things.
Drinks- We ordered two waters and a shot of Titos. I think it is time for Hooters to invest in new cups. The plastic orange cups just are not it. My husband had to get a to go cup because his water tasted it like dish soap. The glass my Titos came in was dirty.
Appetizer- We ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizers. They were okay. The breading taste like flour and the marinara sauce was watery. It took 30 minutes for those to come out.
Wings- My husband ordered naked wings- Hot Honey and Jamaican Jerk. I ordered BREADED Garlic Parm and Medium. My wings were not breaded and the sauce tasted watered down for both of us.
Shrimp- We also ordered buffalo shrimp. That wasn't bad.
Fries- Were warm and did not have any salt. We did not add salt from the table because it was very dirty.
It took about 20 more minutes for the rest of our food to come out. We ended up packing it all up and leaving.
I miss the old Hooters. It used to be a fun environment. Even with the casual atmosphere. It seems now, they only care that people come because of the name and HOOTERS no longer care about the food or the service. We definitely will...

I can now fully understand why the Hooters brand has been on a steep decline—and this location in Kennesaw is a prime example of what’s dragging it down.
To be fair, the service staff—particularly Paris—was friendly, upbeat, and a bright spot in an otherwise disappointing experience. The girls were professional and welcoming, which is the only reason this isn’t a one-star review.
But the food? Subpar at best. Cold, bland, and clearly not made with care.
The real problem here, however, is management—or the complete lack thereof. The General Manager was conducting a video conference call at a customer table, with no earbuds and the volume on full blast. Total disregard for the guest experience.
Even worse, there was a young boy—identified as the manager’s son—roaming around unsupervised. I witnessed him:
Touching and mishandling to-go boxes, including dropping them on the floor and putting them back.
Sticking his fingers into food that was waiting at the window for customer pickup.
Doing all of this in plain view of the kitchen staff and management, who did absolutely nothing to intervene.
It was honestly disgusting and a serious health code violation.
Meanwhile, the manager casually walked around on his phone, totally disconnected from his responsibilities. It felt more like someone’s living room than a professionally run restaurant.
If corporate is wondering why business is falling off a cliff, they should start with locations like this—where food quality, safety, and leadership have completely fallen apart. The brand might have a strong legacy, but without a serious culture reset and real oversight, places like this will drive it straight...
