My husband originally went in and tried to purchase me a gift. He was a little overwhelmed and confused and ultimately ended up bringing something home that was both the wrong size (everything is resized here) and also not a cut that will ever work on my body type.

I tried to do an exchange, but their store was closed unexpectedly upon my first attempt. By my second attempt I was admittedly peak annoyed, but I will say that the customer service I received was excellent to the point where I left the experience very happy, despite the original mishaps that occured for me.

I will say this boutique is definitely geared towards things like bridal and boudoir. Men, this is probably not store for you. I found several cute pieces but I DO wish there was a little more range and inventory in stock. Regardless, everything I tried on did end up being very cute and pretty and I was able to find a few things I would have enjoyed owning.

Phenomenal experience hands down!!!! I went in to purchase a white lingerie piece for my wedding night. I was very nervous going alone because I wanted to do this with my sister. She unfortunately passed late last year so wedding planning without her has been hard. The owner Faith was the kindest, most genuine, down to earth person I have ever met. She made me feel beautiful AND she let me show her when I had it on. All this woman had to say was positive uplifting things to me. I felt confident. I felt seen. Walking into Philocaly totally changed what the experience of a lingerie store was for me, in all the best ways. Faith and her employees are super helpful, help you find the perfect pieces for your body no matter what your shape, and most all the pieces are very comfortable. Totally transformed my impression of lace from uncomfortable to silky.
