A locally owned coffee shop run by a team of Latinas, boasts some exquisite coffee blends and visually stunning pastries in town. Their dedication to crafting beverages and presentations is undeniable. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Upon entering, the atmosphere is noticeably cold; a recent visit saw us standing unattended for quite some time despite being clearly visible to the staff, with no greeting offered or “hello I can take your order in a minute” Inquiries were met with palpable disdain, making the simple act of ordering a frustrating ordeal. While the quality of their products is commendable, a significant improvement in staff demeanor and customer engagement is crucial for this promising establishment to truly thrive. I Order a bollywood tea all the time and they almost never carry the bollywood tea bags, I always end up getting different tea flavors whenever I go. Today 6/16 at 4:20 I decided to get one and of course they didn't have the tea, so they made it with the passion fruit pineapple tea. We have had it before with that and it was good, this time however it tasted super watered down, no flavoring AND no fruit either. Basically like watered down tea with ice. We left thinking it was fine, tasted it 🤮, so we went back and told the guy and girl working that it wasn't right. What gets to me about this place is they don’t give you drinks how they advertise them sometimes. They advertise with drizzle, gummies, candy, etc. And they don’t give you that. I like going in the morning because the girls do the drinks good. I don’t like going in the afternoons because the staff doesn’t do the drinks good and I get asked the same questions like 10 times on a very simple order. I get it their kids but I expect the drinks to be good. And the wait time is very slow if there are cars in front of you. I like this place and it has great potential but they need to do all drinks the same every time, train staff better, and work on being faster. No hate, I support...
