Great Harvest Bread Co. — Restaurant in Pasco

This bakery is just what we need here in Pasco. We had the Nutty Bird, loaded with pumpkin seeds, herb spread, Turkey, cucumber, tomato on sourdough. We had a half sammy, pickle in the side. You can get a brown bag lunch with cookie & drink added. We also got a salted caramel cookie, soft & thin, excellent. We also had to get a couple of massive cinnamon rolls. This bakery is amazing. They have paninis, Cobb sandwiches, loaves of specialties bread & gluten free bread! We tried a sample of berry bread & the bread pudding was so moist & not overly sweet. Just perfect. I like the sandwiches, etc. But they really don't allow you time to look around and decide what all you may want. Ordered my food and a lady started making it right away. Then I proceeded to look around. Wanted bread, possibly treats for coworkers, trying to decide. In the short length of time it took to make a to go sandwich, the worker behind the counter asked me 4 times if I was done. I was the only customer. I put everything back down, paid for my sandwich and explained that if she allowed people to look around she would probably sell more. I bought my sandwich as all she did was laugh at me. I went in less than 10 min before closing to get a gift basket for someone less fortunate. Not only did Abby look happy to see me, but she was also accommodating and quick. In my tired, rushed babbling, she had the compassion to empathize with the circumstances on why I urgently needed to find some offering for a person that went through so much. She efficiently made a gorgeous basket so professional; it was amazing. And to top it off, she refused to charge me. This girl made my week, and light during these dark COVID...
