Usually I don't leave bad reviews but the experience I had coming here was not so great.. Went in for a bleach and the stylist broke my hair off and left me all blotchy.. they did offer treatment and a re-do but my hair was still the same after and the manager never followed up asking about it.. didn't make me feel like a priority and like they cared.. it was a hard experience for me i couldn't wear my hair down for almost 2 months.. now I'm paying even more to...
