Kennewick Parks & Recreation — Attraction in Kennewick

We made a quick stop here while we were on the road between Western Oregon and Eastern Washington. It was a pretty park. The play equipment was under construction so we weren't able to play but it looked like nice equipment. It was a clean park with lots of room to stretch your legs.

The inside area was open and available for restrooms and attractions. The restrooms we're very clean and pleasant to use. They did also have a family bathroom.

We rode the Carousel once. It was a nice attraction. One token per ride if you are taller than the railing. A token is $3. So it was a short ride but was a quick attraction for us just passing through. They did have a small concession stand for a quick bite we didn't try it but seemed to have a couple...

This park is so beautiful. What happened? I haven't been here for yrs and a few weeks ago my daughter and I took my grandbaby and again what happened? There was no concession, a little water area where I think someone was going to get hurt, a couple swings for the little ones. I mean, I don't even understand. I know we have some smart people around here. Let's get some heads together and build something fun for our kids. Why are they all crammed in a little tiny corner. The family went here for first night. At only $7 a head, it was a very inexpensive night. Unlimited carousel rides. Fun games, balloon animals, jumping houses. And than a fake ball drop at 9pm with fireworks. Best way to spend New year's Eve with the kids. Will do it...
