Stopped by to get a quote on a new audio install in my car. To be honest, I couldn't find the place and had to drive around asking several people where it's located. No signs up directing you where to go. Finally found the small office. Guess he works in a small storage type location. Seemed very disorganized to me. No displays of speakers, amps or radios. No business card. Matt seemed like a nice guy. Told me he would email me an estimate after I explained what I was looking for. Not sure why he couldn't work with me while I was there. Drove 30 mins for nothing. Looks like he also sells used cars on a lot. I didn't feel comfortable in this situation. I like a business with a store front and people to answer your questions. We bought a new SUV that didn't have satellite radio installed. Dealer wanted either $2k more for a SUV with sat radio or $3k to install one in the SUV we wanted. What!!!!????!!!!
