ANGRY OFFENSIVE OWNER! We visited once and waited over an hour and a half, but we were very satisfied with the service. Today was our second visit. I chose a reg. color for my pedi and requested the shellac color for my mani. I made a 2nd shellac color request to make the best match (lady became IRRIATED). The lady mentioned the match wouldn't be exact, and YES I'm aware of this-NOT my first rodeo. Her husband intervened while working with another customer and stood up to shout and insult me that I didn't listen to his wife. I am the customer and wanted to make my own choice. Apparently, I was wrong to make the best color match... He kept saying I was ALWAYS making trouble...mmmmhhh. This is my second time here plus I don't live here in the state to be visiting ALWAYS. I'm darn sure he has mistaken me with another person but his attitude was the worst. I was trying to make sense of his berating lies. I have NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH TREATMENT from a business. He has the worst customer service and anger issues. Imagine how uncomfortable the other customers felt while the owner was making a scene. What a very offensive...

Decent service. First time & they were pretty okay. I got a simple pedicure & acrylic nails with navy gel color. Decent pricing, overall. Lady that did my pedicure accidentally cut all the way down my whole toenail on the inside, making it bleed pretty badly, so she had to get glue to stop it. Hurt, but she really didn't mean to. I'm not sure she actually knew how to do an ingrown nail. Was strange. She couldn't speak English, so difficult to communicate. I could tell she felt bad about it. My acrylic nails were done by Mimi, herself. She did a good job. She did what I requested. That I appreciate.

However, the next time I went, I was waiting, for the 30min. they said it would be, by 45min., I left. I don't like to be lied to. I'd rather be told it will be 30/45min. Not lied to, so I'll stay. The lie will always make me leave. I don't like being deceived, at all. No one does. Photo shows the nice job they did. I totally prefer Magic KS Nails. I absolutely love coming here. The work is very high quality and lasts a very long time. Mimi and her family and employee are all very friendly and welcoming. Its worth the price. I moved to monahans but still drive to Kermit to go here. You might have to wait a while but they will take their time with you and make sure you leave happy. One time they were super busy and I didn’t like how my mani and pedi turned out, Im very shy about expressing concern but I called and spoke to Mimi and she had me come in the next day and fixed both for me.
