We enjoyed the food last Tuesday it was very good . service on the other hand was extremely poor . I almost had to beg to get another beer. Staff stayed on cell phones the whole time and never looked up. Food was great I really thought I would eat here alot .today I returned thinking I would have better service that was mot the case it was way worse . walk in every table is dirty . we stand waiting for the lady behind the bar to greet us or clean the table or something . Never looked up from her cell phone and this was a totally different staff member an older lady at that . we stood for 5 minutes waiting for her finally I walk over and ask where do i get a towel to clean the table. She rolls her eyes and says I will get it. Gives the table two wipes and walks away not saying a word. I sit my family down and go back up and ask if I can have menus she points to it goes back to her phone . she now knows I'm upset she don't care goes back to phone . I get up go to the front to ask for a manager apparently they all stepped out . I went back got my family and left went told the lady she didn't have to help us we were leaving she laughed and said we don't have waitresses here it's self serve. So I said so we clean our own table she said you can get another one I said which one all of them are dirty and your on your phone and do I serve my self a beer. Read moreI ordered a large pizza, 10 wings and a pitcher of beer a few nights ago. About 40 minutes later I went to check up and make sure they didn’t lose my order. The waitress came 10 minutes later and asked if I had my receipt.. I said no.. About 15 minutes later she came back and said “we don’t know what happened to your order, we are gonna have to re do it”. About 10 minutes later I went up to get my food and I kind of expected them to compensate me on SOMETHING for my hour wait caused by their blunder. When I realized she wasn’t offering me any compensation, I asked “will you throw me a beer or a cheesecake or something for my wait?” She replied back - “Everyone had that wait.” What a moron. I would have scolded her or fired her if it were my company. I’d return if I didn’t feel so sour about this situation. I live in monohans. So apon trying to cancel my order I was placed on hold for 5min(that's what my phone time had said) so I hung up called back and toled her I needed to cancel, the lady was rude and said that it was too bad I'd have to come and get it anyway their already making it. So I responded that's too bad because I live in monohans and I tried to cancel but u left me on hold. I understand places get busy that's why I was nice enough to call, my husband wanted to just drive though and not bother. I've worked in restaurants long enough, and that is the worst customer service over the phone.
