My original experience at this store was lovely I thought the owner was so nice and helpful. It is unfortunate that he sold me a broken flute. I went in a week after he sold me the instrument to repair it but he had injury so he said it would take a month, I didn’t get the instrument back until over 6 months later and it was still broken. I even inquired about lessons when I first purchased my instrument and he never got back to me. I’m also disappointed that the repair needed was so minor my friend who doesn’t even work on wood wind instruments was able to repair it in less than 20 minutes. That tells me he couldn’t be bothered to fix the instrument and just held on to it for over six months for no reason. I love supporting my local businesses so this experience at Keyport Music was super disappointing. I hope that new customers can get better service...
