Keyport Waterfront Park — Attraction in Keyport

Very peaceful You Go Fishin walk your dog and they also have a few restaurants and a few bars so you can grab some lunch have a cocktail or just have an iced tea and at night it's gorgeous and nice and cool and the water is gorgeous and when you go to the local bars there the DJs are all the way in the back and the windows are always open that usually always have the back balconies open and it's just a great time so I highly suggest you check that out thank you for my opinion hope you check it out sincerely sandralynn PS also love when they have the carnivals there and the flea markets and the fishery right across the street where they can either fix the Fresh fish for you and everything is fresh and they even cook it for you and have lunch and benches outside it's actually great wonderful place!!! It's not very long but Keyport has done a pretty good job upgrading the waterfront area. They have an extended pier for fishing, crabbing, or just enjoying the view in some shade on the benches. There is a little memorial to 9/11 victims (rip) that still brings a tear to many people. There are more bars and restaurants since the renovations began. Keyport Fishery while off the main waterfront is still an icon serving the tastiest fried fish. Some people travel a good distance just to buy a platter and eat it outside. Years ago this waterfront was just okay. I would bring the boys sometimes to crab or fish. Now, this waterfront is very beautiful. The walkway is nice the railing is nice and it sits close and low to the water at some spots. There is a gazebo to sit under and also a pier to fish off of. The area is very clean and well lit for the evening walks. There is also nice little pockets of beautiful plantings. If you go on a clear day you could actually see the New York skyline. There is also some glasses so you can get an up-close view of the New York skyline.

The day I went was beautiful out so the Park was pretty crowded with a people walking dogs and riding bikes. As the sun set the sunset sky...
