Amazing lunch!!! Drove to them, browsed around, and ordered my food. Was back home in time to eat and still write this review! The people are kind and are happy to answer any questions you have. I got the brisket sandwich on a bun and WOW!! It was SO GOOD!! their prices are a bit high, but that's because it is amazing quality AND quantity. I had a single sandwich and a few chips and im full for the day! No pictures because it was gone as fast as it was made 😅 if you have 5 minutes to talk to someone and order, GO HERE FOR LUNCH. I dont know how they're not slam packed full of people.

This is exactly the cospers I grew up with. I love it! Cant wait to go this Saturday for a meat order for my household❤️

Sorry to say, I won't be continuing service with cospers. Since new management took over, I've noticed the quality of the meat has diminished significantly. Formerly, when I purchased ground chuck (depending on what I was making) I would have to add oil to the skillet because the cut was so lean. Now, my hands are coated with fat after forming patties. Last week, I purchased ribs (I have many times before under the former managers). The ribs were almost inedible due to all the fat, even after I prepped it before cooking. I understand marbling and how it's needed when cooking certain meats, but this was RIDICULOUS. I literally paid almost twelve bucks for one side of ribs that was mostly fact. #sad and...

Best meat in Killeen! I stopped buying meet at grocery stores after my first time here. Met the owners Paul and Tami and they are truly wonderful people and have good hearts! Greg is the best meat handler this side of the mason dixon! I get custom cut pork belly, shirt rib, sliced ribeye, etc. sausage selection come directly from their own creation in the sausage lab in the back (teriyaki pineapple is a must try). But the best thing there is on Wednesday’s at lunch, fried catfish with hush puppies and incredible sides (my personal favorites are corn casserole, green beans, and potato salad). Though I think I’ve told too many people about Paul’s catfish cuz he’s starting to sell out before my lunch...
