Philippine Food Store — Local services in Killeen

I've given this store multiple chances but today was their last chance. 1st. Their store was seriously disorganized and messy. It looked like a display case had fallen over in the back area and no one bothered to clean it up for weeks. 2nd. We purchased a few sauce packets and when we got home we realized they had expired in 2014!!! 3rd. (I was seriously reluctant to even return but I was forced to since they're the only Filipino market close by) I came by at 10am to grab some simple ingredients and the doors were locked. There was another car in the parking lot waiting as well ... when 10:15 rolled around and the store still didn't open we all just left. If you're going to run a business seriously it's in your best interest to stay consistent with your store hours.

Other cons. Extremely cluttered. Small walk ways. Products are not rotated out regularly. Freezers are packed with product that is freezer burned. 1 item can be found in 3 different areas in the store. Allot of the cans have layers of dust on them. 2nd hand baked goods are not shelved properly...

The store is small and cramped. Some of the products has no prices and expiration date in it. Some of their bread products has a part of prices that have been deleted by marker. I asked how much one of their product and they told me it's about $10 ish I grab it and paid when I get back inside the car I checked the receipt and found out I was charged $13+ for the said $10 ish product that I just asked I didn't know why she hasn't told me that when she rings it but I think $13 ish is high so I returned that one. The store is a bit pricy. Not good for somebody who's cravings goodies but in a tight budget. If you want something in the store that has no tag price, better ask 1st so that you'll not gonna get surprise when it comes in paying huge amount for a couple items of grocery. I go sometimes in Omart or Heb and Walmart, Aldi and Commissary they got some fil and asian goodies that's affordable and has a steady price and expiration dates mark on every items, sometimes I ordered online that has free shipping and free goodies with 10% off if you're a...

Supposed to be a festival today hosted by this business. Supposed to start at 1300. My family and two other friends families went at 1230. We went early. The intent was to eat some food so nobody ate lunch. Come 1330 no food establishment is sat up and the first food truck rolls in, not even ready. Being 97 degrees outside, If you guys advertise food at 1300, you better be ready, instead of making us consumers wait on you with children in this heat. We are going elsewhere with our money. I called you guys just now multiple times as well to see if anything else is by chance ready, as we have driven off already, and all you guys do is pick up the phone and hang it up, so with all this being said, this is the reason for the negative review.
