Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Killeen

I usually like Jack in the box as far as fast food goes, but our last visit to the Jack in the Box in Copperas Cove, Texas was awful. Particularly one older female employee. She took our order, asked us to have a seat and someone will bring our food to the table. We patiently waited for at least 30 minutes...so much for fast food. We looked for the lady who took our order, but she was no where to be found, then when the food finally got to the table, the orders were wrong and what they did bring was terrible, and very sparse. We looked for the lady that took our order once again, and she finally appeared and said she had been on break...long break. Any how, by this time our "fast food" turned into way to much time, so we just asked for our money back and left. No apologies from anyone, but rather they seemed surprised by our frustration. So our experience was, a long wait for fast food, wrong order, poor service by an employee that when she takes a break...she breaks! I feel bad for a lady of her age having to work in fast food, but she was definitely in need of further training, even if it is just fast food. It should at least be a decent bite to eat, on the quick, hot, and correct, or at least have it correctly quickly, as folks are usually in a hurry when going to a "fast food" place. I should point out that there was only one other customer in the place, and the time was around 2:00...not a normally busy time, and it wasn't busy at all. This is the third time my order was completely messed up. The first time was a few weeks ago I got a grilled chicken salad and it had crispy chicken. Not a big deal but too much grease upsets my stomach so I couldn't eat it all. The second was last week I got a grilled chicken wrap no sauce it was again , crispy with sauce. I ate it and felt like crap the rest of the night. I have stomach issues , I always feel bad when I have to ask for food with certain changes but I try to be polite about it. Tonight was the worst. I got a grilled chicken wrap again and asked twice to make it grilled no sauce . I also ordered a chocolate milkshake . At the window the woman asked if I ordered the orea milkshake. I asked if it could please be chocolate since I ordered chocolate. Then came the wrap, it was crispy. We pulled around and I asked for a grilled chicken wrap because I was given a crispy one. A classic grilled chicken wrap no sauce. At the window I asked if it had no sauce and she said he already put the sauce on. At this point I felt like I was asking for too many changes , even though I ordered things one way and received them wrong so I said that's fine I'll just take it. I couldn't take the wrap out of the pouch at first there was so much sauce! Not only that , it was packed with jalopenos . Atleast it was grilled chicken though . We ordered the new sourdough double meat burger loaded tacos and a number 7 We finally got the food after a 10 min wait (in the drive thru) and almost everything was wrong I didn’t get the sourdough and my mother didn’t even get the tiny tacos she wanted we checked before we left cause we had time to wait for the tacos and that’s when I found out my order was wrong aswell so we waiting maybe 5 min again she came back apologize and gave me the burgher (sourdough) we checked our tacos and they wasn’t even loaded we asked for what we ordered she left…….Then somone else came she looked like a manager with a pink shirt on she gave us immediate attitude and told us that they “repeated “ the order that it’s our fault for not saying something then which they still said loaded. and to either take the tacos or pay for the loaded Keep in mind nobody had attitude we just wanted what we ordered she basically TOLD us off and said her way or highway so we got what they gave us and left instead of dealing with her anymore. I don’t see how this is okay she clearly was yelling and arguing on the inside aswell something needs to be done. I won’t be coming back if they mess up all our orders and then can’t even apologize but argue and yell that they didn’t put our order in right. Everyone makes mistakes and we would’ve paid for the loaded but after what she did...
