Was in the wadhams location 8/28/2025..First time in a very long long time the meat counter was full very nice cuts of meat..Nothing was fatty steaks looked good also..But was never so impressed with the meat cutter..His name after speaking with him was frank..I ask was he the new meat dept. Manager he said no he was just helping out a couple days a week from the Almont location..Well he definitely took me back to the days of great customer service that I thought was gone forever.. I was asking about a small pork roast mind you there was 2 in the counter.. However one was too small the other was way to big.. He gladly went back after asking me about how big of one I liked.. Cut it and I was on my way back to the meat dept.while he was cutting it after shopping for some more items in the store.. And there he comes meets me more that halfway with my roast was making absolutely sure it was the right size and what I wanted...I guess I went on and on here but would just like to let you know frank is a very valuable asset to your business..Also last time I was in your store there's a real young man that works back in the meat dept.Never ask his name but he was also very helpful and polite..I will be back in to shop again..Kinda stopped shopping in there for a while now because the meat department was half empty and meat was looking...

I am giving a 5 stars only because of the kind woman that took care of me . I came in before 730pm Saturday to get cheese from the deli, there was a really short not at all friendly female employee. I asked for a pound of Colby cheese and was told there is cheese in the dairy. I told her I wanted deli cheese and I was told they were closed. I went to my vehicle and I called and spoke to a really nice lady and was told they don't close till eight she told me come back in and they would get my cheese. I understand people want to get cleaned up and be able to go home but this is not good. If I wouldn't have came back in the owner would have missed out on a $33.00 sale. I will still continue to shop here but won't buy from the deli when that...

Called ahead to check if they had a hard to get item. They say yes we do should be a lot of them . So we drive the 30 mins to get them . Get there there are like 5 customers . Look around can't find them . So me and my wife go to "customer service" the worker Amanda informs us that well there is no one in produce to help us find them . Well after having to fight back and forth she calls someone in the back who tells her they don't sell them . So my wife explains the problem with lying to customers or how it would have taken only a second to let us know so we could have saved the gas and time and she just says well we're busy .... Ok we'll go elsewhere but you guys are in a dying market and should probably be nicer than you are to the...
