Cafe Nola Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Kimball Township

I’ve been going to Cafe Nola ever since I moved to the area two years ago. I’m original and always get the same order but it’s because I love it so much! They are my breakfast go to! Their food and drinks are always fresh and taste wonderful! I’m always a sucker for a sweet treat and they have the best cinnamon rolls around! Customer Service is 10/10!! I once accidentally locked myself out of my car right in front of their shop one day and they didn’t mind me hanging out until help came by, let me use the restroom and were overall very kind.

Another time I ordered from them on DoorDash and asked if they could pretty please swap out cream cheese for cheese and they sent me an extra cookie with a note that said “ for saying pretty please.” Of course the cookie was delicious.

I recently moved further away so I haven’t gone as much as I used to but every time I do it is always top tier quality! I call and place my order and they always wait to blend my frappe until I get there, which is genuinely so sweet and I really appreciate it! This place is cute, they have a lot on their menu and seem to have raving reviews. I only went in for a coffee but I was somewhat disappointed. I looked at their menu on their website and decided on a frappe that was supposed to have coffee in it and cinnamon roll flavor. The flavor is spot on! However, after drinking it some I’m pretty sure there’s no coffee in it. The presentation of the drink was also kinda lacking, and didn’t have any whip cream like some the pictures I’d seen online. My total for a medium was also higher than the price listed on the website which was $3.50, and I paid $4.77 after tax. While thats still not a bad price, I didn’t get what I was looking for. Promised my step kid some boba and soon as we walked in i was overwhelmed with a amazing smell. I asked immediately what it was and she replied with gumbo. I asked what is in it due to me being on keto and its totally keto friendly and didnt have to worry about it. So we got the tea a coffee a breakfast sandwich that she loved and i got the gumbo and it was so good i almost cried. Never ate it before.
