Wadhams House of Pizza and Scoops — Restaurant in Kimball Township

Walked in to take our boy out for celebratory dinner and fun for being a star citizen. Went to place an order, it came up to $4 more than it should. Inquire why, was told there’s a stamp on the front of the menu that states “prices subject to change with no notice”. So a $6.75 salad jumped to $8(something). I ask to speak to the owner who arrived and stated, “Well there is a stamp on the front.” To which I reply “when I open a menu to order, I don’t read the fine print on the front of a pizza menu.” I suggest they print new menus, she replied if she had $5000 then maybe she would. I suggested she print them on plain paper for cost efficiency. She rolled her eyes and walked away. My sons money got eaten by the arcade, while I was trying to place my price fluctuating order, and I asked for his dollar back. To which the young cashier told me that some only take dollar bills, and that we must not of read the sign. There was no sign about bills, as it only said “one dollar per play”. Owners are extremely rude! We used to go there all the time only because my 6 yr old son loves the arcade. But the owners always looked pissed and are in a terrible rotten mood. Even when you try to be nice to them and smile and joke they dont even crack a smile. They should not still be in business with their rotten attitudes. Plus their prices dont match their menu's prices. They stamped on the front of all of their menus that prices can change at any time. If you go in there pick up one of their menus and look at the front. My husband asked the owner how can the actual price not match the menu and the owner said because they didnt want to buy all new menus so they put that stamp on the front stating their prices can change at any time. One time we ordered a sub and asked for the mayo on the side and they charged us for the little plastic cup for the mayo. It blew my mind! New owner was RUDE and acted like was my fault they burnt the fist pizza didnt say anything till the 2nd one almost came out she blamed the burnt pizza on dave which is ridiculous own up to ur mistakes the second pizza was garbage my 9 year old said tastes like cardboard and it was also crunchy and sloppy and greasy. Then offered me a scoop of ice cream to make up for it what a joke im not a 2 year old i was only refunded for part of my order and she was again RUDE when she gave me that not apologetic whatsoever like we were just a big inconvenience!!!
