T-Mobile — Local services in Kingston Township

Never going again i tried going a third time to give them another chance to see if the customer service will change but no. I Paid phone off to be upgraded or traded it in to be told that I can't do anything about it and that i lost money doing this and that when i was told at other locations that i would be able to trade it on or upgrade.and it seems like everytime i go to this dallas location theres an issue. I had to go to a different location that I live a 45 minutes away from and that location gave us no issues whatsoever, it's a far drive but I'd rather keep going to the 45 minutes away one cause they never have any issues and are...

This is the best tmobile store that we have experienced. The ones in wilkes barre are terrible . We went 3 times in the last 2 weeks for phone issues and purchased a new phone and every time they have been extremely knowledgeable and helpful here. I believe the man's name was Andy who set up our new phone. He was great and took the time to explain everything. If they are busy, they greet you and tell that they will be with you. Extremely satisfied with my 3 experiences. Customer service is great and they get to everyone as fast as they can....

Nonexistent coverage even though the coverage map was magenta. Incompetent technical support. Worse 24 hours of having T Mobile service. Tmobile refused to refund my activation fees even though their coverage map is bogus. 23 hours of technical support and store visits.
