Update! On this snowy Thanksgiving morning I arrived at Drip (Dallas) early and was greeted by the owner as I waited in my car. He told me the store hours were 8a-12p today and said they would open shortly. He noticed my previous review from yesterdays visit to this store and we discussed my customer experience. Not only was the the owner professional and understanding he came back to my car to let me know they were ready to take my order. Service was excellent, lights were on and the coffee hot and flavorful. I rarely leave reviews however this is a great example of a business owner caring about customer experience and taking time to improve it!
thank you to the Drip team on site today and Owner!
Happy Thanksgiving
Good coffee with POOR customer service.Arrived at 6:45 am as first time customer. Two young employees arrived and entered the store. I waited patiently at drive through order kiosk. There were NO lights on inside.I wondered how they could work and "open" won't lights. Still waited patiently. One employee then came out appearing to take a pictures of the parking lot ( possibly her car) and sauntered back into the store. 6:58am I approached the front door ( still no lights on) and asked if they are opening at 7am as per the website. Two young employee looked at me . like I was an annoyance and nodded. . Lastly one employee came outside again didn't address me ( no hello or acknowledgment) at 7:01 I asked her are you open " I don't see any lights on" to which she flatly and rudely said " we put the lights on at 7 " turned and walked back in the store. Classic young employee w NO social or customer skills who should not be representing your business ( to the Owner)! Hire a robot instead. You can program them to be pleasant to customers who in essence pay the salaries of your employees! Maybe young employees need to better understand this as a business owner of 35 yrs everything I do is centered on the customer -this approach has worked out very well for me.
I will say the young lady at the window who checked me out and handed me my coffee was pleasant and efficient. The other two employees need retraining on manners and customer service.
Coffee was very good however if your employees continue to 1) not smile 2) greet customers w a friendly greeting and 3) have a poor attitude with customers...I'll brew my pour over at home on my Wilfa machine and save...

As soon as you enter the drive thru, you are welcomed with a warm, friendly greeting, and offered a wide variety of the best caffeine around- not just coffee, but also tea, Chai, and an exceptional new tea beverage called a lotus. Once you have selected the caffeine of your choice and pull through to the window, you are welcomed by beautiful, friendly faces that are already hard at work making your drink. Overall, this it an excellent little shop to have a good morning (or afternoon) pickup- both physically with caffeine, as well as emotionally with...
