One star solely for the worker you currently have employed 7:30 pm 4/19/2024 I’m a 27 year old woman from Texas and she interrogated me like she was a detective, rudely and arrogantly insisting I wasn’t the person in my ID. She also scanned my ID with what appeared to be a personal cell phone, which in hindsight seems extremely sketchy and surely not how you scan ID. She kept asking me “what are you doing here?” Cause I’m from Texas 😂 like is she a detective or a cashier? Someone is power trippin which is crazy cause I know her job doesn’t pay enough to care that damn much (by the way it was 100% definitely me, my ID etc. there’s no reason to even question it, as the eye color is the same and I don’t wear contacts, I wasn’t obese when the picture was taken so my facial structure is also the exact same as the photo, wow it’s actually mind bogging this woman thought it necessary or appropriate to question me in such a manner, and then, BY THE WAY, of course, as she should, sold it to me anyways. So all of that for what? Was she trained by the TSA? All show and no action? Absolutely ridiculous. Please have a talk with this lady.
