Their skills are better than their customer service but I prefer they have the better skills lol. They have every tire service also an oil change place. I never changed oil there I do not know how good they are with oil. This is mostly a tire review. Also they have free / complimentary / courtesy air so you can check your air while you wait in line (air only. bring your own gauge. which I have plenty of). Line is LONG. This building is SMALL. You have only ONE door per bay to enter in that means you have to back out of it. They do not drive your car. You have to back out but the door is narrow they often have tires piled around the door that makes it worse. They also have a road side service. They are open in all weather ... at least they were. NO RECEIPT perhaps you have to ask for it. You keep your old tires or they charge a disposal.Expanding your business would be better. Four Stars is...

My wife and I were visiting from Australia in late August, we were jet lagged, driving on the wrong side for me and had not organised our mobile phones for the US at that stage when in the car that was larger than the one we had ordered I hit the kerb of the narrow bridge, blowing a tire. We were helped by a Good Samaritan, BJ (?) who turned around to help us then called Chad (?) who immediately crossed the bridge to help. BJ and Chad got us mobile and back to KCC where Chad’s boys put on a new tire, checked everything out and got us on our way. They were just the greatest group of people who helped us so much and have given us our best memory of our fantastic five week US trip, starting with a Route 66. My husband and I had a completely flat tire and pulled up to quickly see if they could help, you know since they're a tire shop...
