Burger King — Restaurant in Kingsville

This morning I went this establishment and ordered 2 ham croissants and a large hash round. The first picture is of the croissant that I bit into that burnt my lip. You can see the where the cheese had melted out of the sandwich and the bun top had peeled off uponunwrapping. I ate the hash rounds. I tried to call but it said it couldn't be dialed. So I tried different ways to dial to no avail. I took the second sandwich back to the restauran and told them what happened. I was told that they were made to order and that it had been heated up to long. Now i asked myself,, "Why would a made-to-order product need to be heated up?". Anyway, I asked for a refund or to replace it with a double cheeseburger. They obliged my request and I asked if they could throw in a small fry which was also granted. Upon getting my order bagged, she told me to be careful with burger because it had been heated up as well. I ordered the cheeseburger with mustard and pickles only. Special order. The second pick is how it looked when I got home. Five minutes later.. Again.....overheated. why are they reheating these sandwiches? Made to order? My a$$. So if you go to this Burger King in Kingsville, TX, aske them to make it fresh and not reheated. Hope this...

I had no idea a nationwide food chain, as well known as Burger King, could offer such absolute sub-standard service. In fact, it doesn't even deserve 1 star. I sat in the drive thru line on Sunday morning for 15 minutes waiting on someone to take my order. Finally the lady apologized for my wait and took my order. The line had not moved 1 car length the entire time & did not move after she took my order. I pulled around and went inside and told the cashier I had placed an order for a grilled chicken salad and double cheeseburger at the drive thru but that I didn't wish to wait as the line wasn't moving. She looked on 2 different registers and could not find where the girl had entered the order. She then attempted to retake my order & I told her I would go elsewhere. I asked her what the holdup was at the drive through & she didn't seem to understand. (Maybe this is nornal. I have no idea as I live in TN & have not been here before. ) I then said, "That truck has been in the drive thru since I got here." Her response was, "We are between the morning menu and the lunch menu." Unless someone gets serious with this complaint & the many others posted, this establishment will...

If i could give this place 0 stars then I would, but unfortunately i cannot. Where do i start, I ordered a rodeo cheeseburger, it was dry and the onion rings were hard and old completely inedible. I ordered my nephew a cheeseburger only mustard and pickles, got home it was ketchup only. My niece ordered a double cheeseburger ketchup only, and hers had ketchup and bacon. My mother in law ordered chicken fries and onion rings, her onion rings were cold and hard and her chicken fries were cold. This is completely unacceptable, I really dont know how this place has even stayed in business all these years. I have been here a few times, just seems they dont care about their customers. Honestly though, they should be taking pride in the food that they server, they are supposed to be representing Burger King. Coming from a who worked at Mc Donalds as a teenager, i took pride in all that I did, every burger that went out was done correctly. Having the mindset that the person who is eating this burger may be doing so for the first time, your food may be to deciding factor whether or not the eat...
