Auto dealer who's transferred many titles through this company, usually without issue. Sent a customer here to do a simple transaction because of the convenient location. "Penny" refused to process the transaction because of her ignorance of state regulations. After speaking with her manager "Veronica" I was told that my state issued licenses did not give me the authority to do the very things that the licenses were established for. I explained very clearly where they were mistaken multiple times but they refused to acknowledge their mistake. They gave my customer a print out of a state published bulletin to try to justify their rejection and ignorance yet it clearly described the transaction at hand was correct and within regulation. I immediately went to the Bexar county tax office and processed this customers unmodified paper work quickly and without issue. A subsequent phone call with "penny" resulted in me being laughed at and hung up on when trying to inform them again how they were mistaken. She scoffed when I asked for the owners name and hung up the phone. Mr. McDonald please reevaluate your employee training procedures. I strongly recommend replacing your current staff with more customer service oriented individuals. Aside from their and possibly your ignorance of policy and procedure they acted completely unacceptably towards a customer. Especially a business customer who has sent you quite a few transactions. I have had a horrible experience with this company! I read the reviews and was willing give them the benefit of doubt. Now after 4 trips to try getting my friend's title transferred, including bringing the seller on site, I wish I never wasted the time! The woman were very stuck up and I can't say if they are racist or not but the attitudes suggested it. When we tried going to the ATM and retrieving cash they locked the doors on is with two minutes to closing! They say inside giggling. They confronted us about an anonymous review then kicked us out. We went to the actual office and got the title transferred in a few minutes with no run around or bad attitudes. Stay away from this place...

I went in to get a title transfer. The ladies greeted me with a smile and were very nice. They explained the steps for the title transfer clearly. They even had examples of how to fill out the documents that are needed and also had a list on what you need to do a title transfer. What more can you ask for! Plan and simple.
