My husband was in need of a recliner chair ASAP per his doctor's instructions in order to recover more successfully from shoulder surgery. Needless to say we did not own one and had not shopped for new furniture since the early 90's. We did not have a clue what kinds of chairs were out there and we also had some specific criteria that we would need.
I called Ashley Home store in Kirksville Missouri and had my first conversation with Rich. As I was still 3 hours away at the hospital where my husband was having surgery, I asked Rich for an unusual request to help jumpstart the process. Rich very graciously fulfilled my request by taking pictures of recliners, giving dimensions and then texting them to me.
When we arrived at the store the next day we already had several chairs to look at that would fit our needs. My husband and I were very impressed with Rich's knowledge of the brands, chair construction, and form to function. Rich also gave us time to talk amongst ourselves as this was a huge purchase for us to make. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience.
The store itself was impressive. It was tastefully decorated with furniture arranged in a very pleasing manner. The selection and variety was extremely helpful and could meet the needs of varying style and decoration tastes. We will definitely return for future purchases and will recommend this store to our family...

I didn't care how long it took to get here I just knew what I was looking for. She was so patient and kind to help me! I don't remember having an experience that went so well in all of my adult years! When the dining chairs weren't what I expected she was happy to exchange for another set!
