Hobby Lobby — Local services in Kirksville

I enjoyed going here. I go to one in my hometown and I LOVE it there. Same experience here. Staff was nice, helpful and spoke with me about my purchases what I planned on doing with them cashier was very nice. Hobby Lobby usually has GREAT sales during holidays. I was in for there 50% off Christmas items before Christmas. Usually those type of sales are after the holiday it started the first week in December I believe. Could get a GREAT deals. Store was clean and staff was helpful. Only thing it took a while to get checked out I'm didn't let it effect my rating cause of there sale people were jumping on it WOULDNT YOU!! I have always loved our Hobby Lobby here in Kirksville, MO. Although over the last 2 yrs or so I have been very disapointed that they are slowly turning into more of a Home Decor store than a Hobby Store. They have cut their Yarn selection down from 3 1/2 rows to only 1 1/2 rows. They also no longer have periodic sales on their Leather Craft items. Also they do not have as much of a selection in their floral department, and it seems to be the same old flowers year after year for the last couple yrs. But since it is the ONLY real craft store near me. It is what it is. But I sincerely fo hope that they rethink their Leather...

I think this is a great store, huge selection of goods for home decoration and a large variety of items for a number of hobby activities . Store also offers custom picture framing should one need that service. Almost always see something new or of interest for a later project when visiting here. Have not had a lot of interaction with staff there yet to confidently post on their abilities. Pricing may be a little high on some items but is probably okay compared to doing an online order and having to wait for...
