As the general manager of a fast food establishment myself, I give a lot of grace when I visit places because I know how overwhelming and stressful the industry can be. However, our experience all around was extremely poor. First off, the restaurant was completely empty yet all of the tables were dirty. Lettuce and mayo dried and smeared all over them. There were two employees who didn't seem to be concerned about the state of the lobby. Maybe it was a really tough day, so if the only issue was a dirty lobby I wouldn't think twice, let alone complain. But the manager (I assume she's a manager since she was the one giving out orders) was very rude and it sure seems like she made us pay extra for nothing. My husband ordered the same sandwich he has always orders since they removed the turkey Italiano BMT, which was an Ultimate BMT with no ham but adding turkey. The young man taking his order started preparing it until the lady managing came over and told him he couldn't make his sandwich like that. Instead, she insisted he use a different sandwich as the base and pay to add the peperoni and salami seperately which ended up being and additional almost $4 extra than usual. In the grand scheme of things, $4 isn't that drastic but in terms of a $7.49 sandwich it's a drastic up charge. I don't know if this is a new corporate policy or if this location specifically just has terrible customer service, but we will not be returning to this...
Read moreMade a mobile order about an hour before I was going to pick it up. I come in, my sandwich isn’t ready. The young boy said he tried calling me to ask which bread I wanted since they were out of italian herbs and cheese. I looked at my call log, and no, i did not receive a call. Anyways, I wait. He proceeds to make 2-3 other sandwiches as I wait for mine. My sandwich is finally made 10 minutes later. I said “Thanks guys!” at least twice, and was completely ignored. I go to eat my sandwich. Read moreCame to pick up an online order - they were very nice and explained they were out of bread and were baking it now. A woman walked up and asked why her order wasn't done, being very rude. They reminded her that the bread was being baked, to which she raised her voice at the employees, and her group joined in and started talking bad about the employees who were working very hard. They handled it well and thanked everyone else for their patience. I'm glad they were upfront about the issues they were having, and continued to try their best.
