KFC — Restaurant in Kirksville

After waiting in line for over an hour, I was finally able to order. When I got my meal, the fried chicken was soggy, some things were forgotten and my macaroni and cheese was burnt around the sides and quite cold as I'm sure it's due to the long wait time. Also the location wasn't a great choice as the drive thru line tends to back into baltimore st when it gets super busy. Placed an order inside for a $30 fill up. I added a extra crispy thigh. I waited for 40 minutes. I get called up and ask to make sure everything is right because I live 34 miles away . I’m assured after a quick look it’s all there. 8 pieces of chicken, 12 extra crispy tenders, dipping sauces, 2 mashed potatoes and gravy, slaw , 4 biscuits butter and honey plus the extra thigh . $35.31. Overall, our frequent family trips are a good experience. One of the best drive-thru workers serves during weekday lunch hours and is polite and thorough in checking orders. The only visits that have been extended has been during "rush" hours and the lines were long, but still moved fast. We've been waiting for KFC to come back to Kirksville for a long time and the new version seems to be a big improvement over the original. Update the Google pic to the new location ;) and thanks for expanding our somewhat limited dining options...
