(Edit to owners response 6 months later) It was not weeks later we demanded some type of compensation, we asked the same day we left if not the next. We didn't ask for a full refund we asked for a fair refund because we we're cheated out of having the bowling alley. How can you sit there and say we are lying, I have all the text messages between you and I to prove it. Even though it looks like a one sided conversation because this is the first time of you responding. Because obviously once you got our money and we checked out, were of no interest to you or care. Then to say we overspent on our budget? We told you exactly what we could afford and you agreed to accept our money for our vacation. Sad part is, we were led to believe that yes since we have stayed here prior that we would have the exact same amenities as last time and sadly we did not and we're cheated. Your now responding to me finally 6 months later. The only contact you've had is to deny our asking of some type of compensation or refund for not having the bowling alley. If you would have told us the bowling alley was down, we would have never stayed. There's multiple if not thousands of Airbnb's or vacation homes without bowling alleys we could of stayed in for less than we spent, we decided to come back to your vacation home because of the bowling alley. But we spent our max because we were led to believe the amenities would be the exact same. I don't even see how you could careless and have no heart for families that save all year to have the best vacation, just for you to take our money and not deliver what we paid for. Wouldn't you say that's unfair? You can't even apologize or try and make anything right?

We were cheated. We spent thousands of dollars to stay at one of these homes that should of had a bowling alley. My entire familys reasoning of booking this place was thr private bowling! My 10 year old daughter even brought her own bowling ball she had custom made for her birthday. If we would have been told there was no bowling alley we would have never even considered this our vacation destination. We've tried reaching out to the owner Emmanuel Mohammed and sent him multiple messages just asking for a reasonable refund to make up for the misleading information and false advertising we were led to believe. He will not respond to phone calls or messages. How can a human do this to a family? As parents we worked so hard to save this money for a vacation for our kids to enjoy and have a blast, all to find out the main reason our kids were excited was taken from them. Do you know how horrible I feel as a parent. How cheated we feel. Especially to be treated with NO respect with not even a response from the owner! Because he knows he is in the wrongful doing. Not even a sorry or any explanation. He has totally blown us off trying to avoid the situation. So just a warning to anyone booking these homes, if nothing is as advertised don't expect a partial refund or even a sorry or even a response. Just be prepared to fully go the legal way like we are...

First off, WOW!! From the moment we arrived at our Sports/Safari house for my family 30+ we were taken back! Emmanuel greeted us upon arrival to welcome us to his home and show us how everything works! We’ve been on family vacations for 15years+ and this was the FIRST time a host has ever greeted us with warm and friendly hospitality !! If we needed anything, he was super responsive and professional and came over quickly to cater to our needs. Not only were the homes gorgeous, but the details were even more spectacular. From the hand painted murals, to the chandeliers, LED lighting, the custom leather couches, the huge roku equipped TV , bathrooms in every bedroom && the creativity and effort put into the design. I have NEVER seen anything like it before! Oh and the beds!!! I slept on clouds all weekend and would have slept in all day if there wasn’t so much entertainment. The games in the game room were all different yet entertaining. The bowling alley was fully functioning and even had a bumper option for the young kids to play too. The weather was roughly 65-70 degrees but the heated pool felt so warm and nice! We even brought appliances and utensils to cook with but Emmanuel provided all of this already so next time we can absolutely pack less lol. Very well maintained vacation home. My family and I stayed at Emmanuel’s sport theme vacation home. Upon entry we were warmly welcomed. Although our team arrived early we called Emmanuel and he allowed us to check in early. The rooms are beautiful and you can tell they thought of everything. The rooms seemed to close off all sound and are reasonably quite at night. The room over the bowling alley is the only exception to this. Which is very understandable. The equipment in this home is amazing and had everyone wanting to add these amenities to their own homes. The seats in the theater room recline very slightly to allow for comfort. There are two main master bed rooms with double sinks on first floor. The half bathroom is outside by the pool area. All rooms have king beds with the exception of the full size beds in the kids rooms. On first floor there are three bed rooms and one shares a bathroom to first floor needs. This property is placed perfectly close to theme parks and other attractions. There is plenty to do less than 10 minutes outside property for large groups. Our group enjoyed the helicopter rides close by. Aside from theme parks there is a close Walmart, Sams club, gas station, and store strip area with a dollar store. Overall nice...
